IT Conecta Box

A platform to connect processes that usually live apart.

IT Conecta Box started from a question: what happens when leads, quotes, contracts, projects and invoicing are part of the same flow, but managed with different tools? I worked on the design of a modular, multi-company architecture that connects the whole cycle: lead → proposal → contract → project → invoice.

My work covers the data model, business logic, API, frontend and integrations, plus automation to cut manual work between stages.

Shift management

Digitising an operation that relied on scattered processes.

The project comes from a real logistics need: managing workers, clients, shifts, clock-ins, incidents and hours worked from a single system. I built a solution to request and assign shifts, log workdays with geolocation, detect overlaps and centralise weekly planning.

One of the main challenges was turning real operational rules into software logic without losing flexibility for the user.

Demand Forecasting

Turning a predictive model into a usable service.

This project explores the full lifecycle of a machine learning solution applied to demand forecasting. I worked with historical data, feature preparation, model training and evaluation, and then turned the prediction into an API that other applications can consume.

The model reached an 8.5% MAPE on validation.
